Mafalda is currently finishing her degree in Human Resources Management at the Instituto Superior de Ciências Sociais e Políticas. She always knew that she wanted to work in the people field, as she is very relational and communicative, and has a good ability to understand the needs and concerns of the people around her. This empathy makes Mafalda a dedicated professional, as she can build solid relationships with everyone. She began her professional journey in July of 2023, when she started an internship to consolidate her knowledge in Human Resources. She joined ARGO because she identifies with our mission and values. On a personal level, Mafalda has practised several sports, and she highlights swimming, which accompanied her until she was a teenager. She enjoys traveling and loves trying out the different gastronomy of the countries where she travels.
