Rita Ribeiro

Rita has a degree in Psychology and a master's degree in Psychology of Justice: Victims of Violence and Crime from Fernando Pessoa University.
During most of her academic career she worked as a part-time cashier at Pingo Doce, where she had direct contact with the consumer. She did her curricular internship at AMARGAIA, in the Senior Victim Support Office. During this internship, she also had the opportunity to take part in a project called "AMAR para incluir+", which aimed to combat discrimination against gypsy communities by working with children from certain neighborhoods in Vila Nova de Gaia.
She belongs to a group of young people who do activities together and has experience of volunteering.
On a personal level, she loves going out and seeing new places, especially with family and friends. One of her favorite hobbies is swimming.
