What we do
During the last decades, we have been witnesses to deep changes in the market: the disappearance of big traditional companies alongside the development and growth of new businesses and talent have impacted the focus in the business world.
For a long time, executive teams have focused their attention on two different branches. On one hand Business Strategy and on the other hand Process Optimization. However, despite this scientific approach to Management, reality can´t be this simple.
What makes leaders have such different results in different contexts then? Why is one product a hit when launched by Company X, but a failure when launched by Company Y? Why are we so motivated and productive under a certain management, but extremely unhappy with another?
The way we see it, management teams have discarded one very important third party to this equation: Organizational Flexibility. This is translated into the ability of the different stakeholders to be agile, to cooperate together envisioning one common goal, and to adapt into fast changing contexts in unknown environments.
When shared between different parts of the Organization, this agility turns into an organizational plasticity which gives companies a higher focus in times of uncertainty and resilience when faced with adversity.
Inspired by organization’s future needs and standing by the World Economic Forum’s statement, we have embraced a skill set that we believe are crucial for the development of agile and future oriented teams. These are the skills that are part of our Talent Assessment framework:
- Social Intelligence
- Managing Diversity
- Cognitive Flexibility
- People Management
- Solution Design
- Trans disciplinarity
