Mafalda holds a degree in Human Resources Management from the Instituto Superior de Ciências Sociais e Políticas and has always known she wanted to work with people. Outgoing, empathetic, and highly people-oriented, she stands out for her ability to build genuine connections and understand the needs of those around her.
She began her professional career in July 2023 at ARGO, where she started as an intern and progressed to the role of HR Consultant. Along the way, she also worked on specialized recruitment projects and gained experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in an RPO capacity, which allowed her to develop a more hands-on and dynamic understanding of the field. In 2026, she returned to ARGO, as she strongly identified with its mission and values.
Outside of work, Mafalda has practiced various sports, particularly swimming, and enjoys traveling, discovering new cultures, and exploring local cuisines.
