Raquel has a degree in Psychology from the Universidade Católica de Braga and is currently finishing her Masters in Psychology and Human Resources Development at the Universidade Católica do Porto. It was her interest in the human and economic dimension, as well as her desire to make a difference to people as a collective, rather than as individuals, that sparked her passion for Psychology linked to Human Resources.
Throughout her academic career, she worked part-time in Primark, Decatlon and Flying Tiger stores, having direct contact with customer service. Also during her degree, she volunteered at the Portuguese Red Cross, helping people living on the streets or in unfavorable conditions.
Raquel is very emotional, romanticized and has a huge interest in tourism. She's always ready to put her backpack on and travel the world, getting to know every corner of cities and different cultures. As a hobby, she loves spending quality time and going for walks, especially with her family and friends.
