Patrícia has a degree and a Master's in Social Work from the Portuguese Catholic University in Lisbon.
She started her professional career in the world of human resources with World Youth Day, taking on the responsibility of recruiting volunteers and employees. Later, she accepted the challenge of being Human Resources Development Manager at APECEF - Associação para a Educação, Cultura e Formação - which operates in the private education sector, with the challenge of structuring the people and organization department and development and onboarding processes.
People-oriented and communicative, Patricia has a strong sense of mission and sees participation in this type of process as a chance to bring value to people's lives.
She joined ARGO in 2024, where she has been developing Recruitment and Selection and Executive Search projects, seeking to contribute to positive changes in candidates' careers and clients' businesses.
