Bruno Morgado
Sport has been part of Bruno's life since childhood — he started practicing at the age of 6 and never stopped. He has always been driven by goals, overcoming obstacles, and team spirit — qualities that remain with him to this day.
He graduated in Biomedical Sciences but soon realized that the laboratory environment didn’t reflect what he was looking for in his daily life. What had always truly interested him was the human side: motivations, behaviors, and how each person reacts to challenges. This curiosity led him to pursue a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, where he deepened his passion for human behavior and, in particular, individual performance.
This motivation found practical expression when, at the age of 20, he began his career as a soccer coach — a role he still holds today. Sports training became his real laboratory: a space where he develops teams, but above all, people. For Bruno, coaching is much more than managing tactics — it’s about working with people, empowering them, and creating environments where they can grow.
He is currently part of the ARGO team, where he brings this passion for people, performance, and growth into an organizational context.
