Andreia holds a degree in Psychology and a Master's in Social and Organizational Psychology from ISCTE. Originally from Torres Novas, Santarém, she fell in love with Lisbon, where she studied and began her professional journey. Passionate about communication, meeting new people, and understanding what motivates them, she naturally gravitated toward a career in Human Resources.
She began working at the age of 18 in the restaurant and customer service sector while continuing her studies, and actively participated in student associations throughout university. In 2022, while completing her master’s degree, she entered the corporate world as an HR Generalist at Brighten, a Portuguese IT consultancy specializing in ERPs (SAP & SAGE), Digital (software developers & data), and management consulting, where she worked across several HR areas within the organization.
Driven by curiosity and a desire to grow technically, she took on the role of IT Recruiter in 2024 at Randstad Digital, focusing on outsourcing for European and U.S. markets.
Enthusiastic about cultural programs and personal challenges, Andreia is dynamic, proactive, finds it hard to stay still, and is always open to new human connections and professional opportunities.
In 2025, she joined ARGO as a Consultant, where she works on cross-functional projects in Recruitment & Selection and Executive Search.
