Miguel has a degree in Psychology and a Master in Social and Organizational Psychology from ISPA. He began his career while he was studying, as a monitor in vacation camps, he was involved in a project to launch a beach bar and was a telemarketing operator for NOS/DECO. Experiences that impacted him by the development of his creative spirit, responsibility, active listening, and assertive communication skills.
After college, he completed an internship as sports psychologist at Clube Desportivo Cova da Piedade, where he demonstrated his ability to create relationships and work in teams.
He started his career in the context of IT Recruitment, at Next engineering, following processes from A-Z , where he strengthened a natural team spirit and taste for finding "the right person".
Miguel is a person of connections, he feels good in the environment of listening and telling stories, and ideally at a table with family/friends. He enjoys discovering new places, which demonstrates his curiosity and spirit of adventure.
He joined ARGO's navigation, where he works as a Consultant, with transversal responsibilities in Talent Attraction & Assessment projects.
